Nuuuu it rhymes! :ohnoes:

This needs some explanation. Probably. It is completely different from what I usually write and I don't know whether it is any good. I really like writing in this style though, because it's so simple and I feel it has more content/meaning than all the jumbling words I usually put together. I have decided to make this a new series, a collection of some poems which have a similar structure.

The style is a bit of a combination of a d.a. levy-inspired structure (especially the use of ampersands) and my own addition to it. I find his work incredibly inspiring, but I do not in any way try to imitate him. [as if I would even be able to do that! :giggle:]

This is the second one, the first one was a story of preservation.

I would really appreciate it if you'd let me know what you think.

[ d.a. levy (1942-1968) was an American poet who used hardly any punctuation in his works and is known for spelling mistakes which he made intentionally. Although he was born Jewish, he developed great interest in Buddhism and the concept of enlightenment. Many of his works at that time were considered politically incorrect, since he wrote "obscene" poetry, and he was arrested more than once because of that. He died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. You can read some of his work here and here. ]
